Basement Watchdog Sump Pump
The owner of Glentronics, the company that makes the Watchdog sump pumps, started out in the battery business. Many people were buying marine batteries as backups for their sump pumps, only to have them fail when they were most needed. The reason? People weren't maintaining them properly.
So the result was the Basement Watchdog Big Dog (AC/DC),
a system that would monitor the battery, pump and power
conditions, and sound an alarm when maintenance was
needed. This system monitors many things including:
low battery fluid, a discharged battery, pump failure
